Skin Care Therapy ,The nature and resilience of its toxic-free materials help to keep the face free of marks and wrinkles when sleeping. Memory Flex Technology, Flexible memory technology that allows it to regain its original shape.Adapts to the contours of the body for greater comfort. Grid Structure ,Its grid structureallows air to pass through, keeping the pillow cool. Utra-durable,Excellent resistance to deformation, providing a higher product lifespan. Anti-mites,Its nanotechnology manufacturing process helps to prevent dust accumulation and the proliferation of microorganisms. Eco-friendly,Eco-friendly and non-toxic, posing no harm to the human body, ensuring safety and health.
The benefit of using thermoplastic elastomers is the ability to stretch to moderate elongations and return to its near original shape creating a longer life and better physical range than other materials.
TPE :The benefit of using thermoplastic elastomers is the ability to stretch to moderate elongations and return to its near original shape creating a longer life and better physical range than other materials.TPEs are used where conventional elastomers cannot provide the range of physical properties needed in the product. Extra Soft + Adaptive support Cooling + Breathable Ultra-durable + Long-lasting + washable Combining TPE with other pillow core materials (memory foam/shredded foam/Latex/Microfiber...) can complement each other's strengths and weaknesses, achieving the effect of 1+1>2.
·Talalay Latex
There are 2 method of producing molded pieces of latex foam rubber:Talalay and Dunlop.
The Talalay process is an elaborate process that yields very controlled densities and product "feel". The formulation uses many of the same base components as the Dunlop formulation, but without gellation reagents. The result is marketed as a healthier alternative to petroleum-based foams since petroleum-based foams give off volatile organic compounds as they age. Some marketing for products such as beds that include "natural" latex foams created with the Talalay process sometimes characterize them as 'organic' or as completely natural.
Due to the complexity of the process and long production time, Tatalay has limited production capacity and is even more precious.
